Four apartments can be rented directly from the owner. Two (Dna. Rafaela) just 50 meters from the beach and Pinewalk and approximately 200 meters from the central promenade with shops and restaurants and the other two apartments (Voramar) are directly on Pinewalk with fantastic views of the Bay of Pollensa.
All apartments sleep six people; each have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a separate living/dining room and fully-equipped kitchen.
Dna. Rafaela
The Dna. Rafaela apartments are situated in a quiet secondline street (Calle Pescador) with plenty of parking at the front and rear of the building. One apartment is situated on the ground floor, and the other is on the first floor.The ground floor apartment has a large private terrace fenced in with an Oleander hedge and a smaller kitchen garden. The first floor apartment has a balcony with sea-view on the one side of the building and a balcony with mountain views on the other.
The Dna. Rafaela apartments are equipped with TV and DVD, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric cooker, fridge, air-conditioning, a secure safe and electric heating.
Voramar (Pinewalk)
The Voramar apartments are arranged with one apartment on the ground floor and another on the second floor. Both feature one of the very best views over the bay of Pollensa.
The ground floor apartment is equipped with TV and DVD, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric cooker, fridge, a secure safe and electric heating, and has direct access to the beach.
The second floor apartment has the same equipment, but no dishwasher. Of the two apartments, it is more private, with a roof terrace overlooking both the mountains and the bay. It also features a tower bedroom.
