Four apartments can be rented directly from the owners. Two just 50 metres from the beach and Pinewalk and approximately 200 metres from the central promenade with shops and restaurants and the other two apartments (Voramar) are directly on Pinewalk with fantastic views of the Bay of Pollensa.
The Dna. Rafaela apartments are situated in a quiet secondline street (Calle Pescador) with plenty of parking possibilies at the front and back of the house.
The ground floor apartment has a large private terrace fenced in with an Oleander hedge and a smaller kitchen garden. The first floor apartment has a balcony with sea-view on the one side of the house and a balcony with mountain views on the other side.
All apartments sleep six people; each have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a separate living/dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. The Dna. Rafaela apartments are equipped with TV, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric cooker, fridge, air-conditioning and electric heating. Voramar apartments are equipped the same except they have no air-conditioning and no dishwasher.
